What does an innovation agency actually do?

Name the stuck job, run a test a user can fail, then ship software or an agent with a human lock — owned by you, scoped in writing, billed in USD. Not a workshop.

An innovation agency finds the friction, engineers the next way, and leaves it in the company. The words get abused. Most “innovation agencies” sell workshops, brand, or a website menu. The buyer question is simpler: what do we open on week six — a slide, or a URL staff can use?

SINLE Innovation Agency is the flagship of SINLE Technologies LLC. We invent the next way, then we engineer it. Innovation first. Technology after. If the brief is a brochure, we decline.

The job, not the catalogue

You do not hire us for a package named after a feeling. You hire us because a process takes hours when it should take minutes, a workaround became the job, or a second product is stuck in a sheet. We name that job. We write what we will not do. Then we build.

What you should own

The repository, the design, the prompts we wrote for you — on final payment. Third-party tools keep their own licences. The invoice shows the LLC. Stripe. USD. If an agency keeps the work on an account you cannot leave, you rented a demo.

What we are not

A consulting firm that ends in recommendations. A media buyer. A content farm. A monthly AEO score. For the longer cut, read what an innovation studio ships and innovation agency vs consulting firm.

This week

  1. 01

Send the stuck job in one sentence

If we cannot name the unknown, we decline.

  2. 02

Get a written scope or a written no

Spark is $750 to say what we would build and what we would not. Nothing is charged before you approve a page.

  3. 03

Ship a test, then production you own

Repo, design, and files transfer on final payment. A deck of next steps is consulting.

Key takeaways

If the next step is a system you can keep — a prototype in production, a test you can measure, a product with a written scope — write. Nothing is billed before you approve it.

Questions

What does an innovation agency actually do?
A stuck job, named. A test a user can fail. Then production software, an agent with a human lock, or a product the company can keep — scoped in writing, billed in USD, yours on final payment. Not a deck of “next steps.”
How much does innovation work cost?
Spark is $750 to say what we would build and what we would not. Pilot is $3,500 for a small site you own. Invent is $10–25k for the core build. Pod is $3,000 a month after Invent. Nothing is charged before a written scope.
