Companies search “innovation agency” and “innovation consulting” as if they were the same hire. They are not. A consulting firm sells alignment, research, and a road map. An innovation studio sells a system you can run — a product, a portal, an agent with a lock — then leaves you the keys.
SINLE Innovation Agency is the studio of SINLE Technologies LLC. We do not sell a catalogue of website packages. We do not sell a twelve-week “innovation sprint” that ends in sticky notes. If the brief is a brochure, we decline. If it is a product, we scope it.
What consulting is for
When the company does not know which problem is real. Interviews, a decision, a no. That work can be honest. It is not engineering. Do not pay engineering rates for a workshop, and do not expect a workshop to produce software.
What a studio is for
When the problem is already expensive: a second product, a workflow that ate a hire, a queue a person worked last week. Prototype in the open. Production on a domain you own. Agents only with a human lock. That is product innovation as we mean it.
The tell
If the proposal is 40 pages and the deliverable is “recommendations,” you hired consulting. If the proposal is a SOW with screens, dates, and a repo transfer, you hired a studio. We only sell the second.
The steps — do these in order
- 01
Ask what you open on week six
A slide, or a URL staff can use. If they cannot say, you bought a workshop.
- 02
Ask who writes the code
If the “build partner” is unnamed, you are buying a referral.
- 03
Ask who owns the repo
On final payment it must be yours. Innovation that lives in their Figma is a rental.
- 04
Ask what they decline
A studio that never says no will take the brochure and call it a product.
- 05
Write the job in one sentence
We reply with a scope or a written no. USD. Worldwide.
If this is the work you need, write. You get a written scope, a price in USD, and a site or product you own. Nothing is billed before you approve it.

Product innovation
Prototype to production: how product innovation actually ships
A clickable prototype is not a product. Production means auth, data, a kill switch, and a URL the company can send. The path in between, without a two-year programme.
Innovation
Innovation workshops vs shipping software
Sticky notes are cheap. A production URL is not. Why design sprints fail after Monday, and what to buy if you actually need a product.
Innovation studio
What an innovation studio actually ships
Not a solutions menu. Agentic systems with a lock, products from prototype to production, software you own. How to brief a studio so the work is real.
