Ownership and billing

Typically 50% to start and 50% on delivery, in USD, through Stripe. Code and IP transfer on final payment. If you need a team after launch, that is a retainer — 30 days’ notice to cancel.

The steps — do these in order

   Goals, constraints, timeline. I will tell you if we are the wrong studio.

   A written scope

   Deliverables, price, schedule. Nothing is billed before you approve it.

3. 03

   Weekly increments

   You see the work. You sign off. No fog at the end.

   Launch

   You own the repo, the design, the domain setup. We stay on a retainer only if you ask.

   The invoice matches the LLC
