Money and sends stay human. The model drafts. A person clicks. If there is no person, there is no launch. That is slower than the demo. It is how you keep the company.

If the answer is not published, the agent says so. It does not invent Saturday hours, a refund exception, or a diagnosis. Missing docs are a writing job, not a smarter model.

When we decline

Unsupervised refunds. Clinical advice. Legal advice to the public. A toy for the homepage. Those get a written no. No pitch.
